Apple Beats Wi-LAN At Wireless Patent Trial
A Texas federal jury said Wednesday that Apple Inc. did not infringe wireless communication patents held by Wi-LAN Inc., handing the technology giant a huge win in a patent dispute that had also ensnared others such as HTC Corp. and Hewlett-Packard Co.
