Fujitsu, Tellabs Settle Long-Running Essential Patent Case
Fujitsu Network Communications Inc. and rival Tellabs Inc. agreed Thursday to settle a patent suit over a standard-essential optical communications patent that has dragged on for nearly seven years and led to a July jury verdict that Fujitsu breached its obligation to license the patent on reasonable terms.
