DSM Rubber Units Settle Price-Fixing MDL For $25M
DSM Elastomers Europe BV and DSM Copolymer Inc. have agreed to a $25 million settlement in a multidistrict class action accusing a slew of companies of fixing the price of ethylene propylene diene monomer synthetic rubber, a material used in the auto and roofing industries.
