Judge Shuts Down IMac Display Screen Class Action
A federal judge has dismissed a proposed class action alleging Apple Inc. failed to disclose a manufacturing defect in iMac display screens, largely ruling that the plaintiff had failed to adequately plead his case and giving him only limited opportunities to make additional changes.
