Maxim Pays $12.3M To End Recruiter OT Claims

Maxim Healthcare Services Inc. has agreed to pay $12.3 million to settle three federal class and collective actions claiming it required health care and staffing recruiters to work more than 40 hours a week without overtime, according to a request for settlement approval filed Thursday.
