IP Suit Over Google Book Project Won't Pause For Appeal
A New York federal judge on Wednesday refused to stall a long-running book digitization spat between Google Inc. and a group of authors while awaiting a Second Circuit class certification appeal, saying the seven-year dispute has gone on long enough.
