Insurers Sue Inspection Co. Over IMTT Blast Coverage
Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. and Ace American Insurance Co. filed a lawsuit Monday claiming petrochemical inspection company Owensby & Kritikos Inc. should compensate the insurers for covering damages related to an explosion at an International-Matex Tank Terminals' facility in Louisiana.
