    NCS Pearson Wins Psych Test Copyright Suit In 10th Circ.

    The Tenth Circuit on Monday found that a physical therapist's copyright claims alleging education company NCS Pearson Inc. failed to acknowledge her role in creating a psychological test were barred by the three-year statute of limitations, affirming a lower court's finding.
