GCM Air Group LLC called a truce Monday in its environmental cleanup suit against Chevron USA Inc., striking a settlement deal to end the case over contamination at a former Chevron gas station site near Lake Tahoe that GCM now owns.

A Nevada federal judge on Friday nixed GCM Air Group LLC's remaining trespass claim in a contamination cleanup suit against Chevron USA Inc., but allowed GCM to tweak its complaint to force Chevron to comply with the parties' cleanup pact.
