National Union Told To Kick In For Valspar Benzene Defense
A Minnesota federal judge ruled Friday that National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., has duties to defend Valspar Corp. in litigation brought by former employees and others over alleged benzene exposure injuries and to contribute to Continental Casualty Co. for defense costs that insurer already incurred.
