Expert Testimony OK In Miscarriage Drug Suit: Judge
In a blow against 14 drug companies battling class action claims over anti-miscarriage drug diethylstilbestrol, a magistrate judge ruled Thursday that the plaintiffs had adequately supported expert testimony that prenatal exposure to the drug increases the risk of breast cancer in women over 40.
