Boiler Room Schemer Sentenced To 5 Months For $12M Plot
A man who allegedly participated in a $12 million stock-promoting boiler room scheme was sentenced to five months in prison Friday, the day after a purported former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission employee pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud.
