$2M Deal Gets Judge's OK In Kinder Morgan OT Suit
A California federal judge on Monday tentatively approved a $2.2 million deal between Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP and a class of more than 400 of its employees in the state who alleged the natural gas company misclassified them as exempt from overtime pay requirements.
