Scaffold Co. Sues Zurich Over Wrongful Death Coverage
Scaffolding supplier Fraco Products Inc. sued Zurich American Insurance Co. on Tuesday seeking coverage for the defense of a wrongful death suit filed by the families of two workers who died while using its equipment at a Texas construction site.
