Texas Judge Tempers T-Mobile Win In Realtime Patent Row
A Texas federal judge on Monday partly reversed a recent jury verdict for T-Mobile USA Inc. in an infringement suit by Realtime Data LLC over three data compression patents, ruling that the wireless communications giant did not do enough to show that six of the 11 claims in the dispute were invalid.

T-Mobile Didn't Infringe Data Compression Patents, Jury Says
A jury in the Eastern District of Texas ruled Monday that T-Mobile USA Inc. did not infringe three data compression patents held by Realtime Data LLC and that all of the patents are invalid, rejecting Realtime's demand for up to $265 million in damages.
