Chrysler, Retailer Settle 'Imported From Detroit' Slogan Row
Chrysler Group LLC and retailer Pure Detroit agreed Wednesday to settle a Michigan suit over Pure Detroit's sale of shirts and bags emblazoned with the carmaker's tagline, "Imported from Detroit," which premiered in a two-minute Super Bowl commercial featuring the rapper Eminem.

Chrysler Group LLC on Tuesday accused retailer Pure Detroit of illegally selling T-shirts featuring its tagline, "Imported from Detroit," which premiered in February in a dramatic two-minute Super Bowl commercial featuring rapper Eminem and iconic Detroit landmarks.
