Georgia-Pacific Snags $4.6M In Paper Towel IP Suit
A North Carolina federal judge on Monday awarded $2.4 million in treble damages and $2.2 million in attorneys' fees to Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products LP in its suit accusing von Drehle Corp. of infringing a trademark related to paper towels used in its electronic dispensers, four months after the Fourth Circuit reinstated the jury verdict in the case.
