A New Jersey judge rejected Kelley Drye & Warren LLP's challenge Monday to its disqualification as Arch Chemicals Inc.'s counsel in H20 Plus LLC's contract suit over an allegedly ineffective preservative that was supposed to prevent mold growth on H20's skincare products.
