Publishers Sue Disney In 'Hoop-Dee-Doo' Revue To-Do
Two music publishers hit the parks and resorts arm of Walt Disney Co. on Thursday with a copyright suit in Florida claiming the entertainment giant ripped off the 1950s-era hit song "Hoop-Dee-Doo" with its "Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue" by using the same composition with different lyrics.
