Breg Can't Escape Pain Pump Injury Suit
A Minnesota federal judge ruled last week that a surgeon's failure to read information from Breg Inc. about its pain pump didn't preclude his patient from suing the company for failing to warn of the device's safety risks, pushing the suit toward trial.
