Gibson Guitar Corp.'s Nashville, Tenn., headquarters was raided Wednesday by federal agents who seized imported wood and guitars in a criminal investigation into whether Gibson illegally harvested hardwoods from protected forests in Madagascar and India, an action the company said amounted to bullying.
