Prosthetics maker The Ohio Willow Wood Co. Inc. failed Tuesday in its bid to dismiss an Ohio suit accusing it of using fraudulently obtained patents to force competitors into unreasonable licensing deals and stifling the market for gel liners used with prosthetic devices.
