A Massachusetts federal judge on Friday dismissed a class action accusing a Credit Suisse Group AG unit and four of its former executives of misleading investors during AOL Inc.'s merger with Time Warner Inc., saying an expert witness's testimony for the investors was flawed.

Credit Suisse Can't Nix Suit Over AOL Tie-Up Valuation
A Massachusetts federal judge ruled Friday that a jury could reasonably find that Credit Suisse Group AG analysts deliberately concealed negative information about AOL Inc. during its blockbuster merger with Time Warner Inc., denying the company's bid to dismiss the shareholder class action.
