Bacardi Downs Liquor Distributor's Antitrust Suit
A federal judge on Thursday dismissed a Johnson Brothers Liquor Co. suit that accused Bacardi USA Inc. and Brown-Forman Corp. of violating Minnesota law and the Sherman Act by nixing distribution agreements, saying Johnson Brothers hadn't cited an unreasonable restraint on competition.
