Xerox Beats Retirees' Class Action Over Benefit Cuts
A New York federal judge threw out a putative class action Wednesday accusing Xerox Corp. of unlawfully terminating health benefits for thousands of retirees, ruling the retirees had no standing on some claims and were not timely enough with others.
