Ex-Wilson Sonsini Atty, Others Settle $32M Insider Trading Suit
Former Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC attorney Matthew Kluger, a New York stock trader and their middleman agreed to return some $32 million they allegedly netted through illegal trades ahead of 11 merger and acquisition announcements, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said Wednesday.

A mortgage broker involved in a $32 million insider trading scheme based on stolen mergers and acquisitions tips from a former attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC pled guilty on Monday in New Jersey, according to prosecutors.
