Illumina Inc. on Monday asked a California federal judge to dismiss a motion by Life Technologies Corp. to reconsider a March ruling that Illumina had not infringed three of Life Tech's DNA amplification patents, saying the filing improperly used new evidence and arguments.
Illumina Inc. has not infringed three patents related to DNA amplification technology licensed by a subsidiary of genetic testing company Life Technologies Corp., a California federal judge ruled Wednesday.
