Hertz Says Damage Waiver Fees Don't Merit Fraud Suit
Hertz Equipment Rental Corp. asked a New Jersey federal judge on Monday to reconsider an order denying it partial summary judgment in a putative class action over damage waiver fees, saying the court erred in finding that consumer fraud claims can be based solely on high pricing.
