Ipex Settles Plumbing Class Actions In US, Canada
Canadian plumbing company Ipex Inc. on Friday reached a $125 million cash settlement of several class actions — a multidistrict litigation in the U.S. and two suits in Canada — that allege its Kitec plumbing system fails prematurely.
