A federal judge in Washington state tossed breach of contract and consumer protection law claims Monday from Isilon Systems Inc.'s suit against Twin City Fire Insurance Co. seeking coverage for a securities fraud suit, ruling Isilon didn't show it was harmed after Twin City finally paid the $5 million claim.
