    DataTern Must End Infringement Suits Against SAP Customers

    A New York federal judge on Friday ordered DataTern Inc. to stop suing customers of SAP AG for patent infringement based on products sold by SAP, saying that her August ruling gutting the patent-licensing company's claims prohibits such action.
