Nike, Point 3 Settle Dwyane Wade Sneaker Dispute

Nike Inc. and Point 3 Basketball Inc. have settled a New York suit over whether the sneaker giant's new Air Jordan shoes endorsed by Miami Heat superstar Dwyane Wade infringe the smaller sporting goods maker's trademarked logo, the companies said Tuesday.
