The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. on Wednesday said it has uncovered evidence of double billing by U.K. pharmaceutical company Inyx Inc. to now defunct Westernbank Puerto Rico, reinforcing the FDIC's disputed $25 million insurance claim.
