Crestron Escapes Injunction In Home Automation Row
A Massachusetts federal judge on Thursday refused to slap a preliminary injunction on Crestron Electronics Inc. for allegedly taking retaliatory action against a dealer of its home automation technology who consorted with rival Savant Systems LLC, the plaintiff in an antitrust suit against Crestron.

Home Automation Co.'s Antitrust Suit Lives On
A Massachusetts federal judge on Thursday denied Crestron Electronics Inc.'s motion to dismiss Savant Systems LLC's complaint alleging Crestron illegally cornered the market for programmable controllers used in home automation and falsely advertised its products.
