KPMG Wraps Up Ex-Associate's OT Collective Action
A New York federal judge dismissed a collective action on Wednesday that was brought against KPMG LLP by a former advisory associate who said she and others like her were misclassified as exempt from overtime pay requirements, giving the parties 30 days to finalize a settlement.

KPMG Hit With OT Action By Associates
A former KPMG LLP associate accused the accounting firm on Tuesday in New York federal court of withholding overtime wages for a putative class of entry-level employees in its advisory services business, following a nearly identical suit lodged by audit associates.
