Judge Denies Class Status To 9,000 ARIC Agents In Wage Suit
An Iowa federal judge denied certification Tuesday to plaintiffs in a putative class action alleging American Republic Insurance Co. wrongly cut renewal commissions, saying they proposed an overly broad class definition that would have included thousands of former insurance agents.
