Impax Settles IP Row With J&J Over Generic Concerta
Impax Laboratories Inc. on Friday inked a deal with two Johnson & Johnson subsidiaries, giving Impax licensing rights to produce generic versions of the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder drug Concerta and putting to rest a lengthy patent infringement battle against the generic drugmaker.
