Trade Am Loses Bid For Fees After $9M Coverage Win
A Georgia federal judge on Wednesday refused to award attorneys' fees to furnishing company Trade Am International Inc., despite its $9 million win in its case against Cincinnati Insurance Co. over coverage for property damage caused by a burst water pipe.
