Jury Sides With Insurers In Fight Over Sunken Barge
A federal jury on Wednesday found Starr Indemnity & Liability Co. and New York Marine & General Insurance Co. had no duty to cover two cement companies in a coverage battle over a barge that sank in the Mississippi River while docked in St. Louis.
