A New York federal judge on Tuesday granted Polo Ralph Lauren USA Holdings Inc.'s motion to hold the U.S. Polo Association in contempt of an injunction barring it from using logos similar to Ralph Lauren's on its merchandise, saying the USPA had wrongly sold sunglasses bearing the mark.
