Ford Denies Liability In Freestyle Brake Suit
Ford Motor Co. asked a California federal judge on Friday to throw out a putative class action over an alleged brake defect in its Freestyle vehicles, arguing the company had no legal duty to disclose because the plaintiff purchased the car from a third party.
