    A Virginia federal judge on Friday found that, as Southern California Stroke Rehabilitation Associates Inc. alleged, fitness equipment maker Nautilus Inc. had falsely marked its unpatented exercise machines, but refused to rule that the equipment manufacturer did so with an intent to deceive.
