Real estate developer North Valley Enterprises LLC asked a Nevada judge on Friday to keep open Station Casinos Inc.'s bankruptcy case, saying it had not yet resolved an intellectual property licensing dispute with Station Casinos affiliate Aliante Gaming LLC.

A Station Casinos Inc. unit balked at a $1.5 million fee request Friday from Brown Rudnick LLP and other advisers to the unsecured creditors committee in the Nevada bankruptcy, saying the amount is unreasonable considering unsecured creditors' hopeless position.
