Heller Ehrman Rips Schiff Hardin Atty's $1.2M Retiree Claim
Heller Ehrman LLP objected Wednesday in California bankruptcy court to a $1.2 million retirement claim by one of its former shareholders, saying the attorney — now employed by Schiff Hardin LLP — isn't entitled to more than what other retirees are receiving in a settlement.
