A California federal judge on Thursday sent to arbitration the individual claims of a former O'Melveny & Myers LLP secretary who alleges sexual harassment, and stayed her putative class claims that aggrieved firm employees were forced into arbitration under an unenforceable contract.

O'Melveny & Myers LLP asked a California federal court Tuesday to compel arbitration in a putative class action brought by a former secretary who alleges sexual harassment on behalf of employees who arbitrated employment claims against the firm under an allegedly unenforceable contract.
