Jaco's LCD Price-Fixing Suit Stays Alive
Jaco Electronics Inc.'s lawsuit against NEC Corp. and other liquid crystal display panel makers moved forward Tuesday after a California federal judge overseeing multidistrict litigation over an alleged massive LCD price-fixing conspiracy found the suit's antitrust claims plausible.
