Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc. have settled all of their outstanding patent litigation related to Watson's generic version of the brand-name lidocaine patch Lidoderm, the drugmakers said Tuesday.

A Delaware federal judge on Monday dealt a blow to Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc. in its patent fight with Watson Laboratories Inc. over topical pain-relief patch technology, agreeing with the generic-drug maker's interpretation of the patent's language.
