FWS Defeats Enviros' Suit To Expand Sea Turtle Habitat
A Washington federal judge on Tuesday quashed an environmental group's bid to force the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to quickly expand the critical habitat of an endangered species of sea turtle to include Puerto Rico's coastline, finding the court had no jurisdiction to review the agency's decision.
