Victoria's Secret Sheds 'Angel Dreams' Trademark Suit
A California federal judge on Monday threw out a lawsuit by Airs Aromatics LLC claiming that Victoria’s Secret Stores Brand Management Inc. breached a trademark licensing agreement when it stopped paying to use the mark “Angel Dreams” for personal care products.
