Bath & Body Works To Pay $1.3M To Settle Wage Suit
A California federal judge indicated Friday that he will approve a $1.3 million settlement between bath products chain Bath & Body Works LLC and a class of 730 managers over claims they weren't paid for hours they spent preparing employee evaluations and other reports.
